Diagnostic evaluation is covered by most insurances. We currently accept, BCBS-TX, United Health, Aetna, Oscar, Cigna.
You also have the option to self-pay for your assessment.
Self-pay rate:
One time comprehensive assessment/evaluation: $125

60-minute sessions: $90.00 per sessions
45-minute sessions: $70.00 per sessions
30-minute sessions: $55.00 per sessions
